Anders Mahoney
Anders is a highly skilled and passionate litigator with diverse experience in State and Federal jurisdictions in Australia.
Anders regularly advises individuals and businesses on general commercial disputes with a focus on insolvency related disputes. Anders also advises and acts on behalf of clients in property, contract and trust disputes.
Anders was recognised in the 2023 and 2024 editions of Best Lawyers in Australia.

Kathryn Stanford Consulting Pte Ltd v Davis [2025] QDC 137 where Anders successfully struck out a defence and counter-claim.
In the matter of Ally Fashion Pty Ltd where Anders acted on behalf of a landlord and appointed liquidators to a retail fashion outlet that operated 200 stores nationally;
Hilas & Anor v GGPG Developments (No 133) Pty Ltd & Anor [2020] QSC 313 where Anders commenced proceedings against a purchaser of parcel of development and successfully obtained orders for specific performance against the purchaser;
Aurora Chester & Ella Management Pty Ltd v Wren Property Group Pty Ltd [2023] QDC 6 where Anders appeared in a trial for a proceeding brought by purchaser under a procurement agreement;

Ben Michell
Admitted as a solicitor in 2011, Ben Michell is an experienced advocate with extensive experience across government, prosecution and regulatory agencies in Queensland and Victoria.
Ben has particular expertise in regulatory matters, work health and safety, transport law and white-collar crime. Throughout his career, he has prosecuted matters for the Queensland Police Service, National Heavy Vehicle Regulator, Department of Transport and Main Roads, Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and Workers’ Compensation Regulator. In these roles, Ben regularly appeared in both the Magistrates’ and District Courts.
Ben also advises and represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of commercial, property and contractual disputes, providing practical and strategic advice focused on achieving commercially sensible outcomes.
