Hilas & Anor v GGPG Developments (No 133) Pty Ltd & Anor [2020] QSC 313 where Anders commenced proceedings against a purchaser of parcel of development and successfully obtained orders for specific performance against the purchaser;
Aurora Chester & Ella Management Pty Ltd v Wren Property Group Pty Ltd [2023] QDC 6 where Anders appeared in a trial for a proceeding brought by purchaser under a procurement agreement;

Patrick is an Associate at Century Legal and was admitted to practice in 2020. He has experience acting in complex disputes across State and Federal jurisdictions in Australia.
With a background working in professional indemnity insurance dispute teams for highly regarded national and international firms, Patrick has developed experience across a diverse range of complex commercial disputes, including professional negligence claims, directors’ duties disputes, insolvency, construction and defamation matters.
