Anders is a highly skilled and passionate litigator with diverse experience in State and Federal jurisdictions in Australia.
Anders regularly advises individuals and businesses on general commercial disputes with a focus on insolvency related disputes. Anders also advises and acts on behalf of clients in property, contract and trust disputes.

Hilas & Anor v GGPG Developments (No 133) Pty Ltd & Anor [2020] QSC 313 where Anders commenced proceedings against a purchaser of parcel of development and successfully obtained orders for specific performance against the purchaser;
